After our wonderful experience boarding Goose, our family agreed — our love for dogs shouldn’t stop there. So, we decided to continue opening our home to more furkids in need of a cozy stay. Our next guest came through PetBacker, another trusted platform where pet owners look for recommended dog boarders in Singapore.

This time, we welcomed Milo — not the chocolate drink, but a cute little Jack Russell — for an 11-night dog boarding stay. On his first night, Milo seemed nervous and kept hiding in a corner. But as the days went by and he got used to our presence, he began to relax and even came to us for tummy rubs.

December was a rainy month, and there were nights with thunderstorms that made Milo anxious. To help him feel safe, we set up a little refuge — a chair draped with a blanket where he could hide and feel secure.

Unlike Goose, Milo was quieter and a little fearful of other dogs, so we took extra care during walks to avoid close encounters. Because of his gentle nature, our younger son was also able to spend time playing with him — and it was heartwarming to see their bond grow.

Every pup that stays with us has a different personality and story, and Milo reminded us just how important it is to give each one the care and understanding they deserve. ❤️
