Willow is one of our regular boarding guests, and she lives right here in our neighbourhood. Whenever her pawrent needs to travel, we’re happy to care for her — and every stay feels a little like welcoming an old friend back home.

During our first few walks with Willow, we quickly realised something special — she knows almost everyone in the estate. Neighbours would stop us and ask, “Is that Willow?” and once we nodded, she’d receive pats and greetings like a true local celebrity. Willow also knows exactly who carries treats. She’ll calmly walk over, sit neatly beside them, and wait patiently — proving just how smart she really is.

At first glance, Willow’s size might make some people a little cautious. But it doesn’t take long for them to see her gentle nature. Despite being a big girl, she’s incredibly calm around children, never pounces, and happily plays fetch when invited. When she wants attention, she doesn’t demand it — instead, she gently places her paws on us, quietly asking for affection.
